DUINHIL - AN EXCLUSIVE RENOVATION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT RIGHT BY THE SEA

On Deltaplein in Kijkduin, right on the North Sea coast, stands the NH Atlantic hotel. The hotel will be completely renovated and the exclusive Duinhil will also be developed.

Duinhil is a new development of three residential towers with a total of 150 exclusive flats at a unique location right by the sea in Kijkduin.

The area around Duinhil, Nieuw-Kijkduin, has been strongly developed in recent years into a high-quality four-season resort. Several modern apartment buildings have been realised, a new shopping promenade with good shops, many high-quality catering establishments and the boulevard has also been redesigned.

The plan consists of three residential towers and a generous parking basement:

In tower A, right next to the dunes and right on the beach, there will be 10 exclusive flats, each flat on its own floor.
Tower B/C will house 30 spacious flats on the seafront
In tower D/E, located on the landside, 110 flats will be realised.

As a resident of the flats, it is also possible to use hotel facilities such as the exclusive wellness and gym.

Sales of the flats are scheduled to start in 2024, with construction scheduled to start in 2025.
