This goes without saying when it comes to real estate, but this also applies to us: an organisation with people who have the ability and desire to continue to develop. This is much needed in today’s world, where nothing stagnates. In a country that continues to evolve, as do the people who live in it. We always respond to societal and social trends, and contribute solutions to the problems that we all face. The continued development of people’s housing, working and living environments, because that need is more prevalent than ever!

Hans enjoys working on area development and large-scale projects, especially the commercial side of it, because that is exactly what he specialises in. He has great insight into the market, and an uncanny ability to empathise with investors. This is a very useful combination for marketing projects.
Hans has developed a wide range of skills. He has a commercial aptitude, and his education includes Management, Economics and Law at The Hague University of Applied Sciences, and a real estate agent programme. His extensive experience has been accumulated as a real estate agent and property developer, mainly residential.
