Construction Begins at Altezza Suites, Estepona

Groundworks have officially started at Altezza Suites in La Resina, Estepona. Marking a significant milestone for ChaseRED’s luxury apartment development on the Costa del Sol. With over 40 of the 72 apartments already reserved, construction begins on solid ground.

A Development Built Around the View

Set on an elevated hillside in La Resina, Altezza Suites has been designed around one defining characteristic: an unobstructed panorama across the Mediterranean. The development comprises 72 designer apartments spread across seven low-rise buildings of three floors each. Apartment sizes range from 118 to 214 m², with 2, 3 and 4-bedroom configurations available. Prices start at €725,000 excluding IVA.

Facilities include two outdoor swimming pools, a wellness and fitness centre, and generous terraces and outdoor spaces. Architecture is by Villarroel Torrico, whose portfolio across the Costa del Sol consistently sets the standard for refined coastal design.
