Altezza Suites: from design to realisation

Altezza Suites in La Resina, Estepona, is entering its next phase. The construction contract with Grupo Bercamsa has been signed, and work is already underway to prepare the building platforms for the seven residential buildings. Completion of the 72 high-end apartments and penthouses is scheduled for mid-2028.

ChaseRED previously announced the start of construction at Altezza Suites, an elevated residential development in La Resina with views towards the Mediterranean Sea.

The groundwork contractor is currently preparing the building platforms. In the next phase, Grupo Bercamsa will start work on the basement car parks of the buildings further down the slope, followed by construction above ground.

As construction progresses, the design choices behind Altezza Suites are taking shape on site.

Architecture shaped by the landscape

Villarroel Torrico’s design follows the principle of Simplicity as Sophistication, informing both the architecture and the way the development sits within the landscape.
The seven buildings follow the natural contours of the hillside. They face south and southwest to make the most of views towards the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding landscape. Generous terraces, large windows and continuous façades create a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The orientation also makes use of natural light, while thermal comfort and energy efficiency are integral to the design.

Quality in every detail

The residences will feature Italian Modulnova kitchens with integrated Siemens appliances. Aerothermal climate systems and underfloor heating provide year-round comfort, while Villeroy & Boch and Hansgrohe contribute to the high-quality finish throughout the homes.
